One of the largest suppliers of corporate uniforms in North America, Unisync, was finding it difficult to create a scalable uniform distribution model that will also adhere to the complex uniform rules of the aviation industry. 

Like most corporate companies, airlines also follow a detailed uniform guideline that varies by job role and department. For instance, pilots, cabin crews & ground staff all have different uniforms even while they’re representing the same business. They all have their unique uniform allowances, quotas, shipping preferences, and order approvers.

Unisync often struggled to manage these uniform distribution intricacies at scale without compromising on the buyer experience. They needed a platform that gave airline employees an Amazon-like uniform buying experience while giving the business end-to-end compliance control.
