First select whether you'd like MSRP pricing or a percentage adjustment

UniformMarket only maintains MSRP prices of products. We receive this information directly from the participating manufacturers. When they send us their product information they send the suggested retail prices. For those manufacturers that do not have MSRP prices we request they simply take the wholesale price and double it. These are the prices that all the products start with.

You as the store owner can request that UniformMarket feed the products from any manufacturer into your store at those retail prices, or at a specific percentage less than or greater.

For instance, please load the "ACME Products" catalogs at 10% less than MSRP. Or, perhaps 5.25% above retail prices. Depends how you wish to market the products.

The products will be loaded that way. Plus, every time UniformMarket updates the catalog, or adds new products the same pricing rule you requested will apply to that catalog of products. We will always load products from that manufacturer that way. You can change this percentage at any time by sending UniformMarket instructions to do so.

Then you can fine tune the pricing with the store yourself and lock the prices

Once a catalog of products has been loaded you can adjust the pricing yourself in the store from your admin area. There are many ways to adjust prices, so please refer to other help files for that, such as this video.

If you want to change individual product SKUs, you edit them and then check the box that says "Lock". This will stop UniformMarket from changing this price, even if the manufacturer changes their prices. If you want to change everything and not have to Lock each SKU, then check the "Full Lock" in the General Data area of the product edit screen.
