The Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA) and UniformMarket recently teamed up to produce Tech + Textiles, a series of webinars aimed at helping uniform dealers and rental laundries improve online sales and marketing efforts.

In the second webinar of the series, "Selling uniforms online: How to use social media", we discussed social media as it relates to the uniform and rental laundry industries. We explained what social media is and why it's important for your company, common social media fears and stumbling blocks that companies face and how to overcome them, social media basics and how to get started, and a few social media dos and don'ts.
