How do I create a Support Ticket?

UniformMarket offers customers a convenient, easy to use Support Ticket System.

You create new tickets and view the status of all your tickets from your store system admin (www.MyDomain.com/admin).

A ticket can be used to communicate with Uniformmarket in many ways:

  • Request work to be done on your website
  • Request new private stores be created or updated
  • Request updates to graphic designs
  • Request help on how to use the admin
  • Report an issue you found with the website

Every ticket will be tracked in your website admin area with your original notes as well the response from UniformMarket. You will be able to add additional notes and see UniformMarket's response until the ticket is completed.

Anytime a ticket is created or updated, you will receive an email letting you know.

Here is a look at the ticket view in the UniformMarket Store System admin.

1 Click here from the UMSS dashboard to access your tickets.
2 Click "Create Ticket" button to add a new ticket.
3 Each ticket appears on a row by itself with current information about the ticket.
4 To add a note about the ticket, click the "Add Note" link at the end of each ticket.
