SYMPTOMS
Please follow the directions below to configure Outlook 2010 for your business email.
SOLUTION
Once you've opened Outlook 2010, click File and then Info. If you're starting Outlook for the first time, the program will guide you through the setup process.
- Select Add Account. If you've already set up an account and want to change the settings, choose Account Settings instead.

- Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and then click Next.

- Choose Internet E-mail and then click Next.

- Now, you'll need to provide your email account information. See below.

- Once you've entered all necessary information, click More Settings. This will pop open a new box, and you need to click open the Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and then click OK.

- Now, you'll be taken back to the Internet E-mail Settings area. Click Next and your setup will be complete.
